| Nope. - Quote :
1. Open the image you want to mini.
2. Duplicate the image in a new layer
3. Scale it down to roughly 3/4
4. Copy the wheels with a bit of arch from the original layer
5. Paste them above the new layer, and then line them up
6. Use rubber/eraser tool to cut out around them | |
