...and the downsides are: 1. You only get 4 gears. 2. More weight. 3. Less fuel economy. 4. Higher maintenance costs. 5. Higher repair costs if something breaks. 6. Less fun (especially on long drives). 7. Usually can't handle as much power as a manual. 8. Auto Skyline?! It's just not right.

| 1. True. But its 4 gears of awesome. 2. True. But not a lotus elise its not gonna make a difference. 3. False. Fuel consumption is largely based on how heavy your foot is. 1 tank in this car has driven to Wagga Wagga 500kms. Average 400kms + easy. Why? Coz its fucking mint. 4. False. This car is mint. 5. False. You're more likely to die of a heart attack than this car failing. Did i not mention how clean this car is? 6. False. Well if its a long drive wouldn't you be in the same gear anyways?! lol its not like you're gonna keep changing gears on a highway. But this car is all types of fun. I have the girls to prove it. 7. True. but you cant afford that type of power anyways. 8. True. Auto Skyline. Yes it is. But i would like to see your manual corolla car beat mine. PEACEOUT TIGGA'S | |

| Depends on its purpose. I wouldn't mind a tiptronic one as I drive in congested start stop Sydney traffic every day! Different story if you want to track it though. Skyline + Turbo. how slow can it go? lol. | |

PEACEOUT TIGGA'S 1. 4 gears is just fail 2. Weight makes a difference. Do you know how physics works? 3. Jess' point was that auto cars use more petrol than manual cars which is true. Your fuel consumption might be good, but it would be better if it was manual 4. Car being mint is irrelevant of the fact hat auto cars have a higher maintenance cost 5. It's a Nissan, it's bound to fail. And if/when it does, auto is more expensive to fix 6. No. Long drive as in scenic drives. And in which case, yes manuals are much more fun. As for "girls". I'm not even going to go into that. It's just fucking stupid. 7. Unless you have any idea how much money Jess actually has, you should really not make comments like that 8. His corolla being slower/faster than yours is irrelevant of auto skylines being much worse than manual skylines.

| ^ I'd be most impressed if the next car was a 370z! I spent many days n nights tossing up between the two. Ended up deciding to wait a year or so and if business is good, get one then. | |

Picky My cousin was trying to choose between Euro and Jap. Ended up picking a new M5 over the R35.

| Actually in that case I would've chosen the R35. But I'm sure everyone has different needs and he can't go wrong with the M5. But I just can't understand people who would choose only Japs or Euros. Surely there are good cars in either catergory. | |
